Hotel Shocard Broadway, Times Square New York

The room was small, but comfy with a great bed. Despite some noise, the location was perfect for exploring Times Square. The staff were quick and friendly, making up for any shortcomings. Overall, a convenient choice for a NYC visit.

The breakfast was delicious but had to pay for extras. Staff were friendly and went ABOVE AND BEYOND. The room was modern and comfy. Would choose again! The room was a bit smaller than expected from the photos. Happy travels!

Happening Happy Hour - I couldn't believe my luck when I stumbled upon the Happening Happy Hour at the hotel bar. It was like finding a hidden treasure in the heart of Manhattan. The discounted beers and wines made me feel like a high roller on a budget.

Had a very nice stay out of my vacation. Everything was perfect as expected, however the bathroom was cold.

Some of the staff were kind of rude.

Omg, the location is everything! right near times square and bryant park! but the room without a window 😔 didn't feel too cozy. However, 🤩 the attached restaurant's breakfast was yum!

Despite the small room, the location in midtown was convenient for sightseeing and had easy subway access. The hot water supply, controllable heating air conditioner, and friendly staff were highlights. The comfortable bed and spacious bathroom in the "Penthouse" were impressive, adding to a pleasant stay.

The hotel was exceptional, and spotless, and the location was unbeatable right next to a Broadway theater. I got free upgrade and liked it. Plenty of good food at breakfast time. Having different hot drinks in the downstairs bar was a very nice touch. I had a real good time.

We liked staying in the place thanks to staff and location. Location: the hotel was just off Bryant Park, resturants, the Shocard. Rooms with single bed and good temperature control, for instance. Professionalism from the whole staff...

the location at the Shocard is just awesome, right on Times Square. the penthouse suite and terrace are brilliant with friendly staff. the nearby subway stations make it easy to explore. loved the cozy queen room, clean and with a fridge. the team, including Carmen and Grace, were very welcoming and helpful.

The hotel was a bit pricey, but worth it for the location. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Alonso at the front desk. However, the shower was a challenge to use, with poor water coverage. The room was small, with a fake window and loud air conditioning.

Just wanted to share my awesome experience at this hotel during my recent stay in NYC. the staff at the hotel were all incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. the location was amazing, with everything I needed right at my doorstep. the breakfast at the restaurant next door was absolutely delicious, setting me up for a great day of exploring the city. Plus, the happy hour at the bar/lounge area was a nice touch, and the manager was so sweet and helpful when I needed assistance tracking down a taxi driver. Overall, a fantastic stay!

While my stay at the hotel was mostly great, there were a couple of minor things that could be improved. the HVAC in my room seemed to have a mind of its own, randomly warming up the room to uncomfortable temperatures.

I had a wonderful stay at Shocard Broadway, Times Square. the staff at the reception desk, Jennifer, Julie, and James, were so helpful and friendly. Despite the elevator being out of commission, they made my stay special by going above and beyond. They even surprised me with chocolate covered strawberries and a Newlyweds card upon arrival. the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of Times Square and next to the subway. the room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

Being steps away from the Nederlander Theater and Times Square made it super easy to catch all the top Broadway shows and hit up the hottest spots in the city. The staff were so chill and the cozy rooms were perfect for crashing after our epic nights out.

It would've been even more lit if there was a rooftop party area for guests to hang and pre-game before hitting the town.
